[EVENT TIMELINE | FEBRUARY 2010 | WEEK THIRTY-SIX]
[FIRST - MONDAY]
[posted on 10 March 2012]
Working off a clue one of the Vector victims provided, Shibusen is able to pinpoint the source of the madness and how it bypassed Death the Kid's soul barrier--it's in the city's water system. They warn everyone to stop drinking from the tap while they hurry and import water from nearby cities. It's too late to stop the madness from taking hold, but it should at least stop spreading even more.
*CR meme.
*Announcement of randomized results of the selection of Phase 2 kidnapping volunteers.
[SECOND - TUESDAY]

Witches take advantage of the chaos and mount their invasion. Gigantic ants, spiders, ravens and an army of zombies pour into the city. Death the Kid drops his soul barrier to intercept the witches, and once again the clinic throws its doors wide open to receive the injured.
The witches are driven off, and the day ends as it usually does in the wake of an attack--with everyone trying to mitigate the damage and figuring out what the hell happened.
*Call for beta-readers for the April application cycle.
*Sign ups and coordination post for Phase 3.
[THIRD - WEDNESDAY]

It turns out that the invasion was an attempt to assassinate the witch informant captured in one of Shibusen's previous operations. This attempt was thwarted, but in the process several guests and Death City civilians were kidnapped. Spirit Albarn announces that a mission to recover those taken is underway, but will take time to set up as technicians near the enemy base install transportation mirrors and gather intel on the situation.
In the meantime the missing have to try to stay alive in the witch base. It's not easy as the witches have decided to turn half of them into kishin egg fodder, and the other half into their own minions.

[FOURTH - THURSDAY]

Two more people are found murdered, although only after the attack the other day... It's unclear whether their deaths are related to the attack or not.
The witch who was targeted in the last attack decides to ally herself with Shibusen. She is thus released from confinement and takes the chance to take a stroll around the city.
People get ready for the mission set tomorrow.
[FIFTH - FRIDAY]

The mission to retake all the kidnapped people starts at the crack of dawn, but it won't go as smoothly as everyone hopes it will be, since their own allies have been turned against them. The clinic's been prepped, at least.
*Activity check for the month of March is up. (HMD | Love meme)
[SIXTH - SATURDAY]
[posted on 3 April 2012]
A (normal) thunderstorm passes over the city in the early evening.
Roy Mustang is back. A lot of other people are gone, though, as their friends discover one by one throughout the day.
Death the Kid posts about the results of yesterday's mission, including the death of Ryuuji Keikain, and solemnly thanks the guests for all their efforts.
Maka Albarn and Soul Eater return to the city after an extended mission elsewhere.
*Beta-readers for the April application cycle have been assigned.
[SEVENTH - SUNDAY]
[posted on 6 April 2012]
There are several posts from the kidnapped, thanking people for rescuing them, or apologizing for their behavior under the influence of the madness wavelength. Some of the more traumatized guests decide to take breaks to recuperate.
*March AC results and follow-up.
