Life continues post-Excalibur chocolates. Some of the victims are still dealing with the aftereffects, though.
Maito Gai doesn't seem to be one of those still affected. He cheerfully reminds people about attending morning training the next day.

Two more dead bodies are found in different locations within the city. Authorities are starting to suspect a vigilante. The Watch heightens its alert in response.
Morning training proceeds as usual despite the string of murders.
Death the Kid tries to wield Spirit and is more or less successful. Our little death god is growing up!
Cross decides to put together a group for thinkers and engineers to come up with ways and devices to help in the war.

The Norway mission to combat the increasing amounts of kishin eggs and the madness wavelength in the area goes underway. With Shibusen sending only experienced partners, their force succeeds in the suppression, but a different disaster approaches and threatens to sweep all the fighters away. They barely manage to stop the tsunami. Good thing Shibusen has a witch on their side this time around.
